ORCA ACCESS SERVICES MAIN OFFICE
Open from 8:30 to 17:30 weekdays our administration centre is at Dunston Innovation Centre in Chesterfield.
Our reception team are on hand to answers your calls, take messages and forward enquiries. Due to the ongoing pandemic use of onsite meeting rooms and the impressive conference room are restricted, with in person meetings only possible in certain circumstances. Online video meetings are now the safest way to meet.
Onsite Risk Assessments are in place for any visitors here, and are available on demand, with details of our latest safety measures and social distancing guidance.
COVID-19: WORKING FROM HOME
In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and the countermeasures implemented, our planning, support and admin work is now being done from home, with the only regular exception being mail collection. Meetings can be held at Dunston Innovation Centre in certain circumstances, but we are continuing to utilise telephone & online video meetings until conditions improve.

Unlike many companies Orca Access Services provides 24 hour, 7 days a week, all year round Backup & Support for it's onsite technicians. This is crucial to provide assistance whenever necessary to maintain productivity, continuity and efficiency.
